PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents no.1 to 3 to take actions against the respondents 4 to 10 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 15.05.2025 and 09.06.2025 in accordance with law.

This petitioner with a grievance that her complaints, dated 15.05.2025 & 09.06.2025 have not been properly enquired by the respondent police, has approached this Court. 2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the complaint of this petitioner was enquired by the respondent police as a petition enquiry in CSR No.147 of 2025, dated 23.04.2025 and it was closed on same day, as the issue is civil in nature, by advising the parties to approach the appropriate civil Forum.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed, with a direction to the respondent police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
