ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to cancel the Anticipatory Bail granted in Crl.M.P.No.1624 of 2022 in the court of the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Karur, dated 06.09.2022. 2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in the present crime number. The respondents 2 and 3 are accused persons 1 and 2. They have obtained anticipatory bail from the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Karur, by the order dated 06.09.2022, passed in Crl.M.P.No.1624 of 2022. Later on 08.09.2022, again the accused persons indulged in illegal activities and threatened the petitioner and others. Therefore, the petitioner gave a complaint before the respondent police. On the basis of the above said subsequent complaint dated 08.09.2022, the petitioner seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the subsequent complaint, dated 08.09.2022, was enquired in C.S.R.No.728 of 2022 and closed on the same day itself and there is no violation of conditions imposed in the order dated 06.09.2022. He would further submit that the final report in the present crime number will be filed within a 2/4

month.

4.Since the subsequent complaint in C.S.R.No.728 of 2022, has been enquired and closed on the same day itself and in view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), there shall be a direction to the respondents police to file the final report in Crime No.577 of 2022, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of with the above directions.
