ORDER
The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent Police to provide Police protection. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 2 & 3 submits that two persons are claiming title over the property with pattas and therefore, the pattas were collected and referred to the fourth respondent.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 4 submits that the petitioner is having the patta for the subject land and the fifth respondent is also having the patta, which was issued by the Adidravidar Welfare Department. Therefore, the patta issued by the Adidravidar Welfare Department in favour of the fifth respondent has been forwarded to the Adidravidar Welfare Department to ascertain the genuineness of the patta. 4.Recording the above submissions, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to take a call on the petitioner's representation dated 24.07.2025, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and ensure that if the petitioner is having valid title, she must be permitted to proceed further with the construction. No costs.
