PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying to direct the learned District Munsif, Tiruchendur to dispose the E.P.No.8 of 2022 in O.S.No.6 of 2007, within a period stipulated by this Court. For Petitioner : Mr.T.J.Ebenezer Charles

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned District Munsif, Tiruchendur, to dispose the E.P.No.8 of 2022 in O.S.No.6 of 2007. 1/4

2.Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed an execution petition in E.P.No.8 of 2022 in O.S.No.6 of 2007, on the file of the learned District Munsif, Tiruchendur and prays for a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the said E.P., within a stipulated time. 3.Since no adverse orders are passed, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

4.This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the learned District Munsif, Tiruchendur, to dispose of the execution proceedings in E.P.No.8 of 2022 in O.S.No.6 of 2007, within a period of six [6] months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
