PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned list of eligible RCH Sanitary Workers who are to be absorbed as Multi Purpose Hospital Workers in the existing vacancies published by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No. 3727981/PaTho3/Iru3/2022, dated 03.08.2023 and quash the same as illegal to the extent of non-inclusion of the petitioners and direct the respondents to absorb the petitioners as Multi Purpose Hospital Workers with all service and monetary benefits with effect from the petitioners initial date of appointment.
