ORDER
The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court dated 17.04.2024, made in W.P(MD)No.5393 of 2024. 1/4
2. Mr.M.Siddharthan, learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that against the order dated 17.04.2024 in W.P.(MD).No.5393 of 2024, the State has filed an appeal in W.A.(MD).No.201 of 2025 before this Court. The Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has modified the learned single judge order and granted eight weeks time to implementing the order of this Court.
3. In view of the same, in our considered view that no further adjudication is required in the present contempt petition.
