This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of FIR in Crime No.81 of 2018 from the third respondent to an upright officer.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the third respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.81 of 2018 and also filed a charge sheet in P.R.C.No.9 of 2019 is pending committal before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thanjavur District.
3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
