(MD) No. 17671 of 2021, dated. 15.11.2021. Prayer in CRL OP(MD). No.17671 of 2021:- This Criminal Original Petition is filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the Additional District and Sessions Court, Theni, (PCR Act Cases), to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day of their surrender before that court in connection with Crime No.467 of 2021 on the file of the 2nd respondent after hearing the victims under section 15(a) of the SC/ST Act.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Selvakumar,Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.T. Senthil Kumar, Additional Public Prosecutor, for the respondents 1 & 2, this Court made the following order: Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioners through their counsel undertake to surrender before the jurisdictional Court on 17.12.2021. The petitioners also undertake to comply with the requirements set out in Section 15(A) of the SC/ST Act.

3. Recording the said submission, this criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed.
