ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the fourth respondent and her relatives, who involved in the brutal attack against the petitioner and her family members based on the complaint, dated 04.09.2024 in the light of the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 , within time frame fixed by this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR in Crime No.59 of 2024 came to be registered on 03.09.2024.
