ORDER
The present writ petition is filed for Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to ensure that Sree. Pulikutti Ayyanar Temple and its allied Temples are situated in S.F.No.14/6 at Pattamudaiyan Village, Avudaiyarkovil 2/5
Taluk, Pudukkottai District and consequently, directing the respondents to ensure that consecration (Kumbabishegam) will be performed without observing any excommunication or discrimination on caste or creed or money among the Villagers, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 20.08.2024.
2. At the outset, it is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the Kumbabishegam is slated to be perform on 16.09.2024 and that there will be no excommunication or discrimination on the basis of caste or creed. The general public including the petitioner will be permitted to participate in the Kumbabishegam.
3. Recording the same, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
