ORDER

CrlMP(MD)No.12820 of 2025 in CrlA(MD)No.472 of 2025 on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5282 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.472 of 2025 dated 29.04.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has not appeared for 2 days.

4. Considering the above, the condition No.6(iii) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5282 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.472 of 2025, dated 29.04.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court at 10.30 a.m. on first and third Monday of every month until further orders. All other conditions in the said order shall remain unaltered.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
