ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to direct respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere into the existing civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner and the fourth respondent are brothers; that the petitioner alone has lodged a complaint against the fourth respondent, CSR.No.307 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed and he has also produced the closure report. He would further submit that the fourth respondent has not lodged any complaint before the respondent Police.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings in the manner known to law.
