After submitting representations dated 03.05.2025 and 28.06.2025 for restoration of the original classification of the lands in Surey Nos.329/5A, 329/5B, 329/5C and 329/5, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that discrepancies occurred during the UDR survey and that the petitioner realized the mistake while endeavouring to mutate the revenue records in the petitioner's name. Therefore, representations were submitted to the Tahsildar.

3. Learned Government Advocate submits on the basis of written instructions that the Tahsildar has prepared a report and submitted the same to the Revenue Divisional Officer. On that basis, he states that a decision would be taken by the District Revenue Officer. 2/4

4. In view of these submissions, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's request on merits within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
