This petition is allowed and the delay is condoned subject to the condition that the learned counsel for the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
