ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, seeking consideration of representation dated 19.11.2021, seeking direction, to comply with the earlier order dated 01.07.2021 in Na.Ka.A1/2458/2021, issued by the second respondent. 2.By the said order/communication, the second respondent had directed the third respondent / Tahsildar, Kulathur Taluk, Keeranur, Pudukkottai District, to conduct an enquiry with respect to the representation given by the petitioner dated 16.06.2021. Particularly, the learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the patta with respect to S.No.107/12 and 107/10 at Keeranur Revenue Office, Pallathupatti, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukkottai District, stands in the name of the petitioner.

W.P(MD)No.21407 of 2021 3.The third respondent may therefore, enquire further as directed by the second respondent, issue notice to the petitioner herein and examine the revenue records, thereafter, take a considered decision and pass orders. The third respondent is directed to pass orders within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Writ Petition is disposed of. The petitioner may also approach the third respondent again with the copy of this particular order and with all revenue records to the third respondent. No costs.
