To call for the records and set aside the order dated 06.10.2021 and its consequent order dated 08.11.2021 passed in CMP No. 5/2021 in M.C.No.2/2020 on the file of the Family court / District court, Karur and allow present Criminal Revision Case. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.BALAJI, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to stay the operation of the exparte order dated 07.05.2021 passed in M.C.No.2 of 2020 on the file of the Family Court/District Court, Karur pending disposal of the main Criminal Revision Case.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that C.M.P.No.3 of 2021 was allowed by the trial Court on condition of payment of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) within a period of one month. The petitioner failed to deposit the amount and hence, the petition was dismissed by the trial Court. Against the order, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10571 of 2021 petitioner has approached this Court by way of revision. It is further stated that the petitioner is ready to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- before the trial Court and prayed an order of stay to be granted till the disposal of this criminal revision case. 3.It is seen that the petitioner failed to comply the condition. Hence, this Court is inclined to grant interim stay till the disposal of the criminal revision case on condition that the petitioner has to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) before the trial Court on or before 19.01.2022. Failing which, the interim stay already granted stands automatically vacated. 4.Notice to the respondent through Court and post returnable by 19.01.2022. Post the matter on 19.01.2022 under the caption 'For reporting compliance'.
