ORDER
This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to FIR in Crime No.214 of 2019 dated 28.10.2019 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same as against this petitioner.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that after completing the investigation in Crime No.214 of 2019, the respondent police has filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ottanchathiram, through E-filing ( TNDG 13-00029-2023 dated 27.09.2023) and the same was not taken on file so far.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous with a direction to the concerned Judicial Magistrate to process the final report as per rule. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
