ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to conduct proper enquiry and take necessary actions pursuance to the complaints made by the petitioner, dated 17.06.2024 and 13.08.2024 vide in complaint Nos.2684, 3650 on the file of the first respondent police official as expedite as possible.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry is pending in current paper. He would further submit that they have already issued summons directing the petitioner as well as the private respondents to appear before them.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
