ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records pertaining to the case in Crime No.14 of 2024 on the file of the All Women Police Station, Kanyakumari District and to quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.905 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the above C.C. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
