PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2265/A3/2020, dated 08.08.2022 and the consequential order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1036/A1/2022, dated 22.08.2022 and quash the same and direct the respondents to confer all the consequential benefits to the petitioner. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has already circulated a letter dated 06.12.2022, to the Registry for withdrawal of the case, based on the instructions given by the petitioner.

2. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the letter sent for withdrawal, permission is granted.
