When the matter was take up for hearing on 21.06.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this case was directed to be listed on 05.07.2024 under caption 'for dismissal'. On 05.07.2024, the learned counsel for the petitioner appeared but sought time to get ready with the case. At his request, the case was again directed to be listed today under the same caption i.e., 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

2. In view of the above, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
