When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that though this Court, by order dated 06.08.2025, had relaxed the condition and directed the petitioner to appear before the Inspector of Police, Esplanade Police Station, Chennai every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., the petitioner has not complied with the aforesaid condition regularly. 2.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition stands dismissed.
