RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honble court in Crl O.P (MD) No. 12333 of 2022 dated 06.09.2022 directing the petitioners to report before the Inspector of Police, All Women Police station, Alanganallur instead of the condition to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of one month. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are unable to comply with the conditions prescribed by this Court.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is allowed and the petitioners are directed to appear and sign before the All Women Police Station, Usilampatti, instead of respondent Police and the other conditions remains unaltered.
