ORDER

Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to initiate appropriate contempt proceedings against the contemnor/respondent herein for his willful, wanton and deliberate non compliance of the order dated 19.05.2022 passed by this High Court in Crl.O.P.No.9562 of 2022 and to punish the contemnor/respondent for committing contempt of Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that only interim report could be filed by the respondent.

3. The respondent is directed to comply the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9562 of 2022, dated 19.05.2022 properly within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and report compliance to this Court.
