PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned provisional selection list dated 11.10.2022 for the post of PG Assistants (Chemistry) pursuant to notification No.01/2021 dated 09.09.2021 issued by the second Respondent and to quash the same insofar as the vacancies remain unfilled on account of non joining of selected candidates or the candidates who have forfeited their right to get appointed and consequentially direct the second Respondent to include the name of the petitioner for the post of PG Assistants (Chemistry) based on the communal roaster and marks secured by the petitioner on the base of written examination held by the second respondent within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.
