This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondent police to comply the order passed in Crl.M.P.No. 2165 of 2023 dated 07.08.2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Kulithalai, Karur to register FIR within a time frame. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that in pursuance to the directions of the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.2, Kulithalai, Karur, passed in Crl.M.P.No.2165 of 2023 dated 07.08.2023, the second respondent has filed a report before the concerned Court on 04.09.2023, directing the parties to approach the civil Court. 3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
