ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the appeal made by the petitioner dated 21.12.2022 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that when the petitioner presented sale deeds, the same has been refused to be registered citing 22A of the Registration Act, against which, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the 1st respondent on 21.12.2022. However, since the same has not been disposed of, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. I have considered the rival submissions and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the limited relief as sought for by the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
