The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give suitable directions to the third respondent, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 29.08.2024 within the stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,10.09.2024), the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.
