ORDER

The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.112 of 2025. She has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent Police to conclude the investigation in Crime No.112 of 2025 within a stipulated time.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that it is a case of accident and they have registered a case on 24.03.2025 and examined five witnesses so far. Since the offending vehicle has to be produced before the Regional Transport Office and Motor Vehicle's Report has to be obtained and for this purpose, the final report could not be filed. The learned Government Advocate further submits that they would file the final report within a period of two weeks from today.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
