For Petitioner : Mr.R.Murugappan (in both petitions) COMMON ORDER Though the petitions have been filed for transferring the respective petitions in H.M.O.P.Nos.11 of 2021 and 82 of 2019, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly conceded that considering the fact that the petitions are at advanced stage of trial, it would suffice if a direction is given to the learned Subordinate Judge, Vedasanthur, Dindigul District to dispose of the petitions at the earliest, since it has been part heard stage for over two months now.

2.Considering the above request, the learned Subordinate Judge, Vedasanthur, Dindigul District, is directed to dispose of the petitions in H.M.O.P.Nos.11 of 2021 and 82 of 2019 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ _________
