PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to impugned order of 2nd respondent vide proceedings dated 17.08.2023 in Na.Ka.No.R2/237052023 and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional with respect to the petitioner is concerned and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 5 to allow the petitioner to continue as Panchayat Secretary in the 5th respondent panchayat.

ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Panchayat Secretary, challenging his order of transfer from Pillayarkulam Panchayat to Keelarajakularaman Panchayat, by an order dated 17.08.2023. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has brought to the notice of the Court that by proceedings dated 02.10.2023, the petitioner has been placed under suspension and he continues to be in suspension even as on today.
