Respondent/Petitioner Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 407 of Cr.P.C., to withdraw the case in D.V.O.P.No.22 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Vedasanthur, Dindigul District and transfer the same to any one of the Judicial Magistrate Court, situated in the nearby Karur District or any other District. For Petitioners : Mr.R.Murugappan

O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking transfer of the case from the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasanthur, Dindigul District to any other Court in Karur District. 2.The petitioners' counsel states that the petitioners 2 and 3 are senior citizens and that they are based in Karur. 3.I am of the view that concerns expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioners can be addressed by granting the relief of dispensing with their personal appearance. 4.The Court below shall not insist on the personal appearance of the petitioners 2 and 3, during the enquiry in D.V.O.P.No.22 of 2019. The first petitioner shall of course have to appear. The petitioners 2 and 3 can be represented by a counsel. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasanthur, Dindigul District is also directed to conclude the enquiry within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
