This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set-aside the order dated 16.02.2018 passed in E.P.No.02 of 2017 in P.No.11 of 2012 by the Revenue Court/Special Deputy Collector, Thanjavur. 1/3

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that the delivery was already taken on 26.07.2018 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil revision petition. He had also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
