This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to measure the property in Survey Nos.453/1, 453/3 and 454/1, situated at R.Balakuruchi village and same revenue Taluk Ponnamaravathi Saragam and Ponnamaravathi Taluk, Devakottai, Sivagangai District, based on a representation given by the petitioner on 18.06.2019 and the order passed by the second respondent vide proceeding No.Na.Ka.No.7667/2020/A1 dated 11.05.2023. 2/5

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed and the property has been measured.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
