O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to issue Non Traceable Certificate to the petitioner for the original document of sale deed, dated 06.05.2008, vide Doc. No.1471/2008 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Murappanadu, Thoothukudi District, on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 20.09.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that after the enquiry, Non Traceable Certificate is issued to the petitioner on 30.11.2022. The above said copy of Non Traceable Certificate, is received by the petitioner.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the matter has become infructuous. Hence, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
