O R D E R

The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent for sub-division and issuance of separate patta in the name of Petitioner in respect of the property in Old S.No.632, New S.NO.803/6, measuring 5.51 cents (2403 sq.ft) situated Utkadai, Sangakonampatti, Koduvilarpatti Village, Theni District by considering his representation, dated 25.7.2025. 2.Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the Petitioner, he purchased the subject property under registered sale deed, dated 4.11.2021. He submitted a representation before the respondent on 25.7.2025 seeking sub-division and issuance of separate patta. The same has not been considered till date. Hence the Petitioner has come before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra. 4.MrM.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondent would submit that the representation submitted by the Petitioner will be considered in 2/5

accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 25.7.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits after affording reasonable opportunity to the Petitioner, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of a copy of this order.

6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
