ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.R.Swaminathan J.) Since the college itself has been closed, the question of nominating the representative by the All India Council for Technical Education does not arise at all.

2. The learned standing counsel for the college management also states that the college was progressively closed. When the writ Court passed an order, the college was very much functioning.

3. However, we have to take note of the subsequent developments. The order passed by the Division Bench has become unenforceable. The contempt petition is closed.
