ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the District Munsif Court, Melur, Madurai District to dispose the Interlocutory Application in I.A.No.819 of 2012 in O.S.No.412 of 2004 within the time to be fixed by this Court.

2.Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3.The petitioners are the plaintiffs in a suit for partition in O.S.No.412 of 2004.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit filed by the petitioners for partition was decreed and the application filed by the first respondent in I.A.No.819 of 2012 for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner to divide the properties, is pending for the past three years without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit. 5.Considering the limited request of the petitioner, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the Interlocutory Application in I.A.No.819 of 2012 in 2/4

O.S.No.412 of 2004 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
