ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that even after a direction from the learned Magistrate, the respondent Police has not taken any action to register a case.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that based on the direction issued by the learned Magistrate, they have conducted an enquiry and closed the same as civil in nature and a closure report has also been filed before the learned Magistrate. 2/4
