O R D E R

Alleging wilful disobedience of the interim order passed in W.P. (MD)No.18183 of 2023, dated 09.08.2023, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

2.In compliance of the aforesaid order, the respondent has issued G.O.2D.No.52, dated 19.02.2024. However, non-duty period from the date of demotion ie., from 24.07.2023 to 25.02.2024, for a period of 217 days has not been considered as duty period.

3.In view of the same, the first respondent is hereby directed to implement the aforesaid G.O.2D No.52, dated 19.02.2024 in full spirit including regularisation of non-duty period for the period of 217 days ie., from 24.07.2023 to 25.02.2024 as duty period.

4.With the above direction, this contempt petition stands closed. 2/4
