ORDER

The petitioner's application dated 22.12.2022 for issuance of legal heirship certificate as the legal heir of one K.Subramanian is not considered by the respondents. Therefore, this writ petition is filed. 2.When the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the deceased was having two wives and therefore, an enquiry has been contemplated and final orders are yet to be passed. 3.In view of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to pass orders on the petitioner's application within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in tune with the guidelines issued in G.O(Ms)No.478 Revenue & Disaster Management, Revenue Administration Wing, RA-3(2) Section, dated 29.09.2022.
