This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for directing the respondents to file the final report in Crime No.12 of 2015.

2. When the matter was taken for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(CRl Side) submitted that the second respondent would file the final report within three months.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to file final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
