ORDER
The petitioner herein is the defendant in O.S.No.42 of 2019, which has been filed by the respondents herein for partition. He filed 1/4
the present Civil Revision Petition for early disposal of O.S.No.42 of 2019 pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Dindigul.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in the said suit, pleadings have been completed and trial has also commenced, however, the respondents, in order to harass the petitioner, are wantonly dragging on the proceedings, by getting adjournments periodically. Now, it is the grievance of the petitioner that in view of the pendency of the suit, he is facing several difficulties. Therefore, he seeks for early disposal of the suit.
3. Considering the fact that the suit is filed for partition and it is pending from the year 2019, the learned Principal District Judge, Dindigul, is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.42 of 2019, within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
