PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to direct the respondents to secure and produce the body or person of the detenu, the petitioner's son namely, G.Sarathkumar, S/o.Govindaraj, aged about 28 years before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

The mother of the detenue named G.Sarathkumar, filed this Habeas Corpus Petition to secure the body of her son.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the detenu was produced before this Court and we enquired the detenu, who stated that

he had some debts and fearing the same, he went out of his house. The detenu further stated that now he wants to go along with his mother. The petitioner / mother was also present before this Court.
