ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 451 IPC and Sections 7 and 8 of POCSO Act in Crime.No.09 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. This Court has already dismissed the earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner. The petitioner has approached the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court has also dismissed the anticipatory bail application. Thereafter, the investigating officer has also not taken any further steps to secure the accused. Therefore, they are coming up by way of repeated anticipatory bail applications. This court cannot entertain the anticipatory bail petition itself. More specifically, when the allegations are under the POCSO Act and the earlier anticipatory bail petition being dismissed, this petition is dismissed. The investigating officer shall take such steps in the backdrop of the above facts of the case. The copy of the order shall be placed before the higher officials and in case their help is necessary so as to take steps for the petitioner who is said to be working in the Army, such steps to be swiftly taken. 2/3
