ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by D. KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) Challenging the impugned order passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate made in Crl.M.P.No.15405 of 2022 dated 22.09.2022, the present writ petition came to be filed before this Court. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the conditional interim order, dated 30.09.2022, passed by this Court has been complied with and he seeks liberty to approach the appropriate forum.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank submitted that the actual outstanding amount is Rs.36,00,000/-. 4.In view of the request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, we shall not wish to go into a dispute with regard to the outstanding due amount.

5.Considering the submissions made on either side, this Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in the manner known to law, if he is so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
