ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent no.1 to instruct the respondent no.2 to not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry by considering the petitioner`s 1/4

representation dated 28.08.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that they have not harassed the petitioner. However, the petitioner has 39 previous cases and among 39 cases, 27 cases are still pending and the petitioner is a history sheet holder. Therefore, in order the watch the movements of the petitioner, they went to the house of the petitioner. Apart from that, they have not harassed the petitioner.

3. Considering the prayer of the petitioner, this Court recording the above said submissions of the 2nd respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
