(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.R.Swaminathan J.) The insurance company filed this civil miscellaneous appeal against the award passed in M.C.O.P.No.58 of 2016 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Cum 1/3
Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Pudukkottai. Interim stay was granted on condition to deposit the entire award amount. This condition has since been complied with. The claimant had suffered injuries. The claimant seeks leave to withdraw 50% of the award amount.
2.We are satisfied that a case for withdrawal has been made out.
