ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296 & 132 of BNS, in Cr.No.277 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the other accused were found in possession of Ganja. Hence, the complaint. 3.Heard both sides.
