PRAYER in W.P(MD) No.21476 of 2021: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to re-deploy the petitioner in the available vacancy to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher in Pachamalaiyankottai Panchayat Union Primary School or any other vacancies in Nilakottai Block as per condition No.6 in the deployment order, dated 30.08.2019, on the file of the respondent No.1, within the time stipulated by this Court. PRAYER in W.P(MD) No.21529 of 2021: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to re-deploy the petitioner in the presently available vacancies to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher in Nilakottai Union, in accordance with condition No.

6 in the order of deployment dated 30.08.2019 passed by the respondent No.1 by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 18.11.2021, within the time stipulated by this Court. For Petitioner : Mr.S.Louis For Respondents : Mr.S.

C O M M O N O R D E R These Writ Petitions are filed to direct the respondents to re-deploy the petitioners in the available vacancy to the post of Secondary Grade Teachers in Pachamalaiyankottai Panchayat Union Primary School and Nilakottai Union respectively. 2.When these matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petitions and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
